Snyder recall effort officially approved

LANSING, Mich. -- Signatures are now being collected to try and recall Michigan Gov. Rick Snyder again.

An election panel voted to allow the group "Michigan Rising" to start the petition drive. Their aim is to get the recall on the November ballot.

The group needs about 870,000 signatures.

Last year another group tried to recall the Republican governor, but they couldn't get enough support.
