Snyder still governor despite protests, recall effort

Benton Harbor, Mich.-Governor Rick Snyder will keep his job despite protests and a recall effort.

The campaign to recall the Michigan governor fell short of collecting. They needed 870,000 signatures. That would have put the issue on the ballot for voters.

The campaign targeted Snyder over his tax reform plan and advocacy for emergency managers. Voters have picketed against Snyder, in Benton Harbor.
