SOUTH BEND, Ind.--- SoGal's Global Pitch Competition will host its Indiana regional section in South Bend on Thursday. 13 startups in the region will compete for funding and recognition.
The purpose of the competition is to connect women and minority owned startups to resources and capital. South Bend is the smallest of the 25 cities worldwide to host a regional competition.
Three winners will be chosen to go to Silicon Valley for education sessions, meeting with potential investors, and up to $600,000 in funding. The regional competition will be held at the Studebaker Building from noon until 2 p.m.
The competition partners with Startup South Bend - Elkhart and is open to the public. Tickets can be purchased here.
