South Bend Common Council considers fate of member

SOUTH BEND -- There is still no word on what, if any, punishment lays ahead for South Bend councilman Henry Davis Jr.
Davis posted a lewd image of beastiality on Facebook earlier this year.
South Bend Council's Rules committee held a closed door session Wednesday to talk about the complaints and offer recommendations on the situation.
A public hearing is expected next. After that, the council could decide how to move forward.
The special prosecutor has decided no criminal charges will be filed.
