South Bend Common Council: Feb. 6 meeting scheduled, agenda revised, and multiple candidates announcing bids

SOUTH BEND, Ind.- South Bend Mayor James Mueller announced that the agenda items from the canceled Jan. 23 meeting will be discussed in the meeting on Feb. 6.
Among those items is the discussion on a resolution calling for reparations.
Committee meetings start at 3:30 p.m. and the full council meeting starts at 7 p.m.
Multiple candidates have also announced bids for the Common Council in South Bend.
Jorden Giger will run for the 2nd district seat, replacing Henry Davis Jr. who is running for mayor.
Drew Duncan is running for the 3rd district and will face Sharon McBride in the primary.
Bruch Mitchell, Jr. will face Sheila Niezgodski in the primary for the 6th district seat.
