South Bend ethanol plant to reopen

SOUTH BEND — South Bend's ethanol plant will reopen soon.
It was announced Thursday that Noble Americas South Bend bought the plant. It's expected to open this winter.
The previous owner, New Energy Corporation, filed for bankruptcy in November.
