SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The South Bend Fire Department’s Swift-Water Team rescued a dog who had fallen into the St. Joseph River Thursday morning.

We spoke to the owner who said the pup, Ollie, was out for a walk when he saw geese to chase. During the hunt, he fell into the river and was unable to get out because of the ice.

Ollie is now home safe and warm with his family. He's bummed he didn't get a goose, though.
