SOUTH BEND, Ind. – Marty Miles, a South Bend musician known for his folk rock originals, performed a single-person concert for free on Facebook live.
The concert was sponsored by Music for a Cause, a local group that organizes live musical events.
Miles put on the free concert after he says all his scheduled performances for the next month were canceled.
ABC57 got a chance to speak with Miles, and when asked about whether he would need to apply for unemployment benefits, Miles expressed uncertainty, as he has never experienced any obstacles in booking gigs.
Miles says that although he has been affected by the cancellations, he has not stopped performing and making music.
