South Bend man accused of exposing himself

Police say 23-year-old Kamryn Kell exposed himself to several women on the south side of South Bend. Police believe the incidents occurred recently, and there might be more victims.
Victims told police that Kell was driving a red Ford car and would pull up to them with his genitals exposed.
Police say 11 victims have come forward, but believe there might be many more.
They are asking anyone to come forward that may have come in contact with this man.
