South Bend mayor prepares for "State of the City" address

SOUTH BEND, Ind. — South Bend mayor Pete Buttigieg is planning his "State of the City" address for 2013. This is Buttigieg's second "State of the City" since stepping into the mayor's office last year.
The address is set for March 20 at 7 p.m.
It will take place at LaSalle Intermediate Academy on Elwood Avenue.
