South Bend native competes for National Jr. Ranger
SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A piece of stolen artwork was returned to the South Bend Museum of Art.
According to a post on the museum's website, someone walked off with a piece titled Welcome Knives, which is one shoe from a pair. The shoe was made by Chris Francis, and was part of an exhibition of his work.
The museum says someone stole the piece between 2 and 5 p.m. on Saturday, February 15th.
The artwork was returned on Monday.
