South Bend native Eddie Knight has passed

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend native and talented local drummer Eddie Knight passed away Tuesday night.

Knight opened his own drum studio where he taught drum lessons seven days a week.

Eddie’s family asked him why he still taught drum lessons seven days a week at his age and his response was because there were not eight days in a week.

A visitation for Eddie is set for Tuesday at the St. Joseph Funeral Home in South Bend.
