South Bend neighborhood rehab event held in Bendix Park area Saturday

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The City of South Bend is hosting a neighborhood rehab event on Saturday, August 24 in the Lincoln-Bendix Park neighborhood. 

Part of the Love Your Block program, volunteers will be picking up litter, landscaping and helping with home repairs for those awarded the help as part of the program.

Volunteers are asked to meet at the Holy Trinity Church parking lot at 915 North Olive Street beginning at 8:30 a.m.

After the work is done, a block party will be held with free food and games for all attending.
