South Bend offers new online 311 request portal

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The City of South Bend is giving its residents a new way to request services in addition to calling the 311 Service Center.

The city announced today that residents can now request services like street plowing and pothole repairs by accessing a new online portal.

Now, residents can submit any one of over 30 types of service requests at any time of day by visiting 311.southbendin.gov.

Residents still have the option of calling 311 as well.
