South Bend opening warming shelter for residents without power

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The American Red Cross and the city of South Bend will be opening the Charles Black Recreation Center as a warming shelter for residents whose homes are without power.
The shelter will open at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The center is located at 3419 W. Washington Street in South Bend.
