NOW: South Bend parents encouraged to complete free meal and textbook application

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The South Bend Community School Corporation is encouraging parents to complete the free meal and textbook application as soon as possible.

School officials say families that do not receive a direct certification letter in the mail will need to complete the application.
