South Bend Police are investigating a shooting on Fassnacht Avenue

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- South Bend police officers are investigating a reported shooting after a victim checked in at the hospital.
The incident reportedly happened in the 1800 block of Fassnacht Ave around 7:30 p.m.
