South Bend police gain seven new officers

The South Bend police force inducted seven new officers into the department Wednesday morning.
During the ceremony, friends, family, and the mayor were in attendance.
“I'm very excited. It was exciting graduating from the Academy, but I think it's setting in a little bit, making it complete,” says new police officer Alex Pishkur.
At the ceremony, the rookie cops were pinned by their loved ones.
