South Bend Police hosting free women’s self-defense classes in October

SOUTH BEND, Ind.—The South Bend Police Department’s Athletic League is hosting four women’s self-defense classes during the month of October.
Women participating in the classes must be at least 14-years-old.
The free classes will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Charles Black Center, located at 3419 W. Washington Street.
Class dates are:
- October 10
- October 15
- October 17
- October 24
