South Bend Police investigating shooting

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- One man is under arrest related to the shooting that happened in the 1400 block of Johnson Street, near Portage Avenue around 10 p.m. Wednesday.


Police were alerted to the shooting by the ShotSpotter technology installed last year.


When police arrived at the scene, they located suspect Tony B. Anthony.


Minutes after, police learned of a patient checking into Memorial Hospital with gunshot wounds.
