South Bend Police looking for missing New Jersey woman

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The South Bend Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a New Jersey woman last seen in South Bend.
Police are looking for 28-year-old Shimea Duncan, who was last seen on August 17 in downtown South Bend.
Duncan is described as 5’3”, 130 pounds with black hair and a large scar on the back of her left arm.
