South Bend Police offer internet exchange location

The South Bend Police Department is providing the community with a safe and documented place to finish their online sales.
Police are allowing people to use the department as a meeting space for exchanges.
The service is a new addition to the Safe Space Initiative.
Police say they implemented this service on their own and nothing happened to start this program.
