South Bend Police reporting whiteout conditions on Mayflower, Jackson

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - The South Bend Police Department is reporting whiteout conditions on Mayflower and Jackson roads Friday night.

Police are requesting residents to avoid unnecessary travel.
