South Bend releases its draft Rebuilding Our Streets plan

The City of South Bend released a draft of its $25 million Rebuilding Our Streets plan which details the short and long term goals for the next 10 years.

Over the next year, the city says it will focus on “failed streets.”

The second goal is to improve its Pavement Surface Evaluation and Rating, which helps the city monitor the quality of its streets.
