SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The South Bend School Board of Trustees is reviewing the current code of conduct.
There was a roundtable discussion at tonight's board meeting, giving community members a chance to share experiences and feedback.
Tonight's effort is part of a proactive approach to create a safe and inclusive school environment and clear expectations for students.
School Board President Stuart Greene says they're hoping to implement an updated code of conduct this fall which, when finished, should help tackle modern challenges like social media and bullying.
