South Bend Silver Hawks officially have new owner

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- It’s official; The South Bend Silver Hawks have a new owner.
The Midwest League and Major League Baseball approved the deal this week, in record time.
The new owner, Andrew Berlin, already reached an agreement with South Bend to keep the team here for at least 20 years.
In exchange for keeping the team here, Coveleski Staduim will get more than $1,000,000 worth of upgrades.
