The Demetrius Dubose Story
SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- People from all over Michiana were in South Bend today celebrating St. Patrick's Day.
The annual St. Patrick's Day Parade was in South Bend bringing people of all ages together to celebrate the festivities.
ABC 57's Kelvin Henry was at Fiddlers Hearth where the party was popping all day long.
The 20th Annual St. Patricks Day Parade took place on Jefferson Boulevard in South Bend where there were floats, llamas and music.
"Well its always been growing -- every year there's something new. More people -- more floats," said Tom Conroy, who attended the parade.
This year alone there were 50 floats registered for the event which is the most in the history of the parade.
When asked if he would be at next years parade Tom Conroy said, "Oh yeah, weather permitting."
Bars like Fiddlers Hearth always have events going on all day long to keep the party going through the night.
