South Bend teen shot on city's west-side

Police say a 19-year-old was shot on South Bend's west-side. It happened at the corner of Falcon Street and Western Avenue at the gas station around 11 p.m. Thursday night.
He then ran to his apartment just down the street. Police found him in the parking lot of LaSalle Homes.
The teen was rushed to Memorial Hospital. Officers have not released any information regarding the victim's condition at this time.
