South Bend woman arrested for dealing meth, cocaine

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - Indiana State Police arrested a South Bend woman for allegedly dealing methamphetamine and cocaine following an investigation into the crime.

State troopers served a search warrant in the 52000 block of Myrtle Ave. on Tuesday as a result of a months-long investigation into drug dealing.

During the search, law enforcement found 14.2 grams (0.03 pounds) of cocaine, 16.9 grams (0.04 pounds) of methamphetamine, narcotics pills, marijuana and drug paraphernalia, according to reports.

Carolina Hooker, 43, was arrested on the following charges:

  • Dealing cocaine
  • Dealing methamphetamine
  • Possession of cocaine
  • Possession of methamphetamine
  • Possession of a legend drug
  • Possession of a controlled substance schedule II
  • Possession of a narcotic
  • Possession of paraphernalia
  • Maintaining a common nuisance
