South Bend's "Click It or Ticket" campaign stars Monday

SOUTH BEND — South Bend's "Click It or Ticket" campaign kicks off Monday morning.
If drivers and passengers aren't wearing a seat belt, police will issue tickets.
The campaign runs through June 2.
South Bend police say men between the ages of 18 and 34 are the least likely to use their seat belts.
