South Bend's Spring ReLeaf Program returns

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The City of South Bend’s Spring ReLeaf Program returns to collect raked leaves from residential curbsides. Residents can request a free pickup beginning Monday.

On a call-in basis alone, residents can request raked leaves to be picked up curbside by South Bend crews from Monday through April 22.

Loose leaves must be raked to the curb, not into the street, and should be free of sticks, trash and other debris or they will not be collected.

Vehicles should not be parked in front of raked leaves that are being picked up.

Call 311 to request a pickup through the program. Pickups will begin the week of April 18.
