South Michigan Street traffic to be restricted through April 15

SOUTH BEND — Starting Friday, there will be traffic restrictions on South Michigan Street.
That's by the State Theatre in South Bend.
There will be lane restrictions through April 15.
Crews will be working at the State Theatre.
