South Shore Line will bus during track upgrades

SOUTH BEND, Ind. – The South Shore Line will bus passengers between Carroll Avenue and South Bend Int’l Airport for the week of May 21st to May 25th.

According to South Shore, sections of the track and overhead wires will be upgraded.

There will be no train services for Hudson Lake for the duration of the construction.

South Shore announced trains 401, 422, and 424 between South Bend and Carroll Avenue will be canceled.

Despite the upgrade reroutes, train services from Carroll Avenue to Chicago will not be impacted.
