Special agents investigating reported sexual assault at Indiana Dunes National Park
PORTER COUNTY, Ind.—The National Park Service Investigative Services Branch said Thursday that it is investigating a reported sexual assault at Indiana Dunes National Park.
Special agents are investigating the reported sexual assault that occurred over the Fourth of July weekend.
The NPS did not say what day or where in the national park the reported sexual assault took place.
Officials said there are “no known imminent threats” to the general public.
The investigation is ongoing and the NPS did not release any additional information.
