Spectrum Health Lakeland offering COVID-19 vaccine at new locations

BERRIEN COUNTY, Mich. – Spectrum Health Lakeland will be offering COVID-19 vaccines at four new locations in Southwest Michigan.

The vaccines will now be available at the Center for Outpatient Services in St. Joseph and at the health system’s three walk-in clinics in Niles, St. Joseph, and Watervliet.

The Pfizer vaccines are available at all three walk-in clinics beginning June 1. Vaccines will be available during normal businesses hours, including evenings and weekends.

The Pfizer and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be available at the Center for Outpatient Services every Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. beginning Wednesday, June 9.

The Johnson & Johnson vaccine is available for those ages 18 or older.

The Pfizer vaccine is available for those ages 12 and older. Anyone between the ages of 12 and 15 must have a parent or guardian present at the vaccination and have them provide signed consent.

Those ages 16 or 17 do not need a parent or guardian present but do need signed consent to get the vaccine.
