ST. JOSPEPH, Mich. - From homemade candles and jam to art and jewelry, there was something for everyone on Saturday in St. Joseph at the Spring Artisan Fair.
Saturday was the Artisan Fair at Union and Social, featuring 38 vendors.
Admission was free and local artists showed off their works to the community.
Hosted by St. Joseph Today, their operations manager says it's a way to get the public out into the downtown area.
"It's kind of the tail end of winter, of course, and we're kicking off spring. We really just like getting people out of their house during this time when we spend a lot of time indoors. So, to come down and explore, even if you're only here with us for an hour, it's great. We're right next to the market, you can grab a coffee or some lunch, you can do a little shopping, you can go grab some, you know food from Silver Harbor, a beer from Silver Harbor, and really just kind of explore the town while also supporting local artisans here," said Daniele Crevier, Events and Operations Manager for St. Joseph Today.
If you couldn't make it out Saturday, there will be an outdoor fair coming this summer featuring many of the same vendors.
