Groundbreaking for phase two of ’The Cascade’
ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - The Humane Society of St. Joseph County is asking the community to adopt or foster a pup into their family.
Currently over capacity with 75 kennels and 80 dogs who need a home, the Humane Society is asking for help.
