St. Joseph decks the town for 'Light Up the Bluff"

ST. JOSEPH, Mich. -- It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas in St. Joseph.
On Tuesday, city workers started setting up for "Light Up the Bluff" downtown. They even constructed a massive tree at the end of Broad Street.
The lights won't be turned on until the end of the month. Crews told us they wanted to take advantage of the nice weather.
