ST. JOSEPH, Mich. -- The city of St. Joseph will be altering some of the parking in the downtown area over the summer.
City commissioners have approved a proposal that would change 17 downtown parking spaces from having a two-hour limit to just 30 minutes.
Officials say the idea is for shoppers to have more places to park when they are just running errands.
