St. Joseph's girls soccer team heading to state

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The St. Joseph girls soccer team is heading to the state championship.
Students held a pep rally to celebrate the team's hard work this season and encouraged the team to bring home a state title.
The rally also honored some other high ranked St. Joe teams. The volleyball team is headed to semi-state and the football team will play for a sectional title.
The team will leave for Indianapolis at 11 a.m. on Saturday. If they bring home the championship another pep rally is set for Monday afternoon.
