State closes Osceola's Beverly Court Day Care

OSCEOLA, Ind.—We have an update on how a toddler is doing after she nearly drowning at an Osceola daycare.
We've learned 22-month old Skylar Bullocks is in critical condition at Riley Hospital. Workers found her Thursday not breathing in the day care's swimming pool.
The state has closed the Beverly Court Daycare stating it wasn't up to state code.
