State of Indiana declares drought affected counties as disaster areas

Thursday's rain certainly helped, but the drought continues to take a toll on Indiana.

The federal government has now declared all 92 counties as disaster areas.

Nearly half of the state is listed under extreme drought.

This means that all Hoosier farmers can apply for low-interest loans to cover what was lost in the drought.
