State reaches to keep HIP going for another year
INDIANAPOLIS — Governor Mike Pence said the Healthy Indiana Plan will continue.
Pence says the state negotiated a deal with the federal plan to keep the plan going.
Among some of the changes that have been made include lowering the income eligibility.
Pence says the program helps Indiana stay at the forefront on consumer-driven health care.
The new deal extends the program through 2014.
