State Theatre owner invites public to 'Pitch Your Plan'

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A historic downtown landmark is about to get a makeover, and you can help!
The new owner of the State Theatre launched a contest this week called "Pitch Your Plan".
Here's how it works: Now through April 30, you can submit your idea for the future of the building.
Then, finalists will present their plan to a panel of local experts.
The winner gets $1,000 and their name on the marquee.
