State Theatre seeking additional investors

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The owner of the State Theatre in South Bend is seeking additional investors.
The marquee out front had a new website posed on it. So we checked out the site that said the renovations cost so much that they need additional investors.
It is so expensive because the building must be brought up to code before it can reopen.
