State to pay funds to victims in stage collapse

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.-We're learning more about what's going to happen with Indiana's $ 5 million dollar fund.


 It's for victims of the state fair stage collapse. Once the state's initial $ 5 million dollars is given out, it's gone. The families and victims have to come forward, and ask for compensation from the state.  Even if victims receive a settlement, they can still file a lawsuit.
