Statewide Silver Alert cancelled for 18-year-old Noblesville woman

NOBLESVILLE, Ind. – The Silver Alert for 18-year-old Jayla Breland has been cancelled.
The Noblesville Police Department announced on Monday afternoon that Breland was located.
