Statewide Silver Alert declared for missing woman out of Bluffton

A Silver Alert has been declared for 48-year-old Celeste Cuthbert, who was last seen at 4:45 p.m. on Sunday in Bluffton.

Cuthbert is described as 5 feet 5 inches tall, 148 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and gray sweatpants.

Cuthbert is believed to be in extreme danger and may need medical help.
