Statewide Silver Alert declared for a woman from Tipton

TIPTON, Ind. -- A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared for an adult from Tipton, Indiana.
According to the Tipton County sheriff's Department Shainna Meadows, a 27-year-old woman from Tipton, has been missing since March 3rd shortly before 2 p.m.
Officials say Meadows is 5 foot 4 inches in height, 200 pounds, has brown hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a black blouse, flip flops and blue jeans.
It is believed that Meadows is in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
Meadows was last seen driving a black 2017 Nissan Versa with an Indiana Plate; 940TDP.
