INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.-- The proposed statewide smoking ban is now up for debate in The Indiana Senate.
Last week, a senate panel approved exemptions for casinos, private clubs and tobacco stores.
Tuesday, senators were trying to hammer things out once again.
Exemptions have been a sticking point in past proposals.
A few years ago, St. Joseph and Elkhart County passed smoking bans.
